1 can Ayam’s Coconut Cream (full cream)*
2 dessert spoons organic cold pressed coconut oil
1-3 tbsp raw cacao (to taste, I am personally quite heavy handed because I love dark chocolate)
Stevia drops to taste- about 8 to 10 drops depending on the brand, equivalent to about 1 tablespoon of sugar**
Dash of real vanilla extract or seeds from 1 pod

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until really smooth and creamy. In a high power blender this takes 30-60 seconds. In a normal blender start with 1 minute and taste to make sure there is no grainy texture. Also check the flavour for sweetness and chocolate to your liking.

Pour into 4 small jars, cover and refrigerate until set.
